The room has an approximately 8 square meter bathroom with a three-way design, meaning that the toilet, shower and sink are separate from each other and can be used by different people at the same time.
Each Premier Loft Room is furnished with 1 double-sized bed with 1 pull bed and 5 wide single beds.
The room was designed for 8 people, while management allows up to 10 persons with an additional PHP 1,000 for each excess person.

La Luz is a pet-friendly resort. Dogs and other animals can only be accommodated in the resort for day trip guests only for an additional cost of P250 per pet.
If the guest becomes ill or injured, the hotel can help with the provision of medical assistance or, as the case may be, arrange for the guest to be taken to the hospital, all at the guest's expense.
